Sama Alshaibi will be featured in Extended Constellations, a group exhibition curated by Zehra Zehra at Twelve Gates Arts in Philadelphia.
Bringing together Alshaibi, Lali Khalid, and Carrie Mae Weems, the exhibition explores the female body through photography and video, considering landscape, ritual, memory, and tenderness as forms of endurance and expression.
The exhibition opens on 30 October 2026 and remains on view through 16 January 2027. As part of the opening programme, Alshaibi will also participate in Landscapes of Memory, a conversation with Lali Khalid and Maori Holmes on 29 October, preceded by a screening of films featured in the exhibition.
