As the FotoFest Biennial marks its 40th anniversary, it looks back on all its past editions, celebrating both the artists and curators who have shaped its history over the years.
In honor of this milestone, this year’s Biennial titled Global Visions FotoFest at 40, which took place from March to April 2026, featured past participating artists who have been exciting and important contributors. Among the selected artists was our very own Faisal Samra, with his work Performance #43, initially shown at the FotoFest Biennial in 2014.
