Co-curated by Maraya’s Cima Azzam and 1971 – Design Space curator Noor Suhail, the exhibition SILA – All That Is Left to You centers on tatreez, the traditional Palestinian art of embroidery.
The show brings together a range of artists, including Sama Alshaibi and Samia Halaby, through whom tatreez enters the realm of contemporary art, fostering a dialogue across diverse artistic practices and mediums.
The exhibition opens on September 21, 2025, at Maraya Art Center.
