Ayyam Editions at Ayyam Gallery-Damascus presents in this exhibition limited edition prints by two famous Syrian artists: Painter Safwan Dahoul and Photographer & Filmmaker Ammar Al Beik. These limited reproductions of masterworks come in sets of 7 and 25 depending on the print and are numbered, dated and signed by the artists. With its vast collection of paintings and drawings from some of the Arab World's best known artists, Ayyam Gallery had launched in May 2009, limited edition prints from its Damascus Studio. Over the past few months Ayyam Gallery has been developing its production studio with the aim of producing and delivering the highest quality of digital prints possible. The majority of the prints use Giclee technology, but Ayyam Editions also include lithography and silk screens.
